Sandía/Watermelon/Vandmelon

I have never met anyone who didn't love watermelons :)

I prefer the sort with seeds as they tend to be more crisp and their taste is richer. Eating watermelons without seeds brings me right back to biologylessons with John Mundy-the question: how can melons/grapes without seed become so big when the hormone that makes them grow is tightly connected to the fruit producing seeds?
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watermelon for an answer (the grapes are sprayed with growth-hormone btw).

The dog is a dog I found outside the postoffice. Isn't he cute?
