For an introduction of myself: Some pictures taken in my kitchen today.
This is my coffee brewer. I bought it on a fleamarket some years ago and it has never let me down. Ever. I left it at my parents house two years ago and have been using a 2-cup model and soluble coffe instead. But- it is not the same thing. Getting this one back was like coming home after a long walk in stormy weather :)
These are things I have bought this week. I went by an Italian supermarket and coudn't help buying the farfalle tricolore they had put on sale. Or the cheap Amaretto.
I found the radio in a dumster once and it's place is right there on the table.
The honney is for an experiment: Honey-salt bread- recipe from 1916. I will return to this in another blog-entry!
This is my teapot. It reminds me of a friend of mine who had a teapot of the same sort and also of Granada (the most beautifull city I know) where I bought it. I would use it just because of the good memories it brings but it turns out that it is also a perfect teapot for two large cups of tea.
Here we have my homemade limoncello. I used Rasputin vodka because I couldn't find anything else (read cheaper) and it turned out just fine.
And, finaly my favourit coffee. LavAzza qualita oro. Love at first...sip?
